SJD Taxi Pricing & Brand Representation Policy

Hilton Los Cabos Airport Shuttles

For Travel Agents & Affiliates

This Pricing & Brand Representation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all approved Travel Agents, Affiliates, and Luxury Agency Partners (“Partner”) authorized to market or resell services provided by SJD Taxi, LLC (“SJD Taxi”). Acceptance of this Policy is required for participation in the SJD Taxi Partner Program.

1. Rate Integrity & Pricing Protection

SJD Taxi maintains structured retail pricing and partner commission models to protect service quality and operational stability.

Partner agrees:

  • Not to advertise or publish rates below approved pricing.

  • Not to rebate, discount, or undercut SJD Taxi’s established pricing without written authorization.

  • Not to advertise “at-cost,” “wholesale,” or “below market” pricing that diminishes brand positioning.

  • Not to distribute net rates to third parties, sub-agents, consolidators, or resale marketplaces.

All promotional pricing must be approved in writing by SJD Taxi. Violation of rate integrity may result in immediate suspension or termination.

2. Net Rate Confidentiality

Where net rates are provided:

  • Net rates are confidential.

  • Net rates may not be displayed publicly.

  • Net rates may not be disclosed to clients as SJD Taxi pricing.

  • Partner may only mark up net rates within their own packaging discretion.

Any redistribution of net rates outside direct client sales is strictly prohibited.

3. Brand Positioning & Service Representation

SJD Taxi is a Cabo Safe Ride that operates as a premium private transportation and concierge provider in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.

Partner agrees:

  • To represent services accurately and professionally.

  • Not to mischaracterize services as shared shuttles if private.

  • Not to promise service elements not included in the booking.

  • Not to imply government affiliation or airport authority status.

  • Not to position SJD Taxi as a rideshare, budget shuttle, or mass transport operator.

All marketing language must align with premium private ground transportation standards.

4. Logo & Trademark Use

SJD Taxi trademarks, logos, and branded materials may only be used:

  • With written permission

  • In approved formats

  • Without alteration

Partner may not:

  • Modify logos

  • Rebrand materials

  • Co-brand without authorization

  • Create imitation landing pages or mirror booking pages

Unauthorized use of intellectual property constitutes breach of agreement.

5. Digital Advertising Restrictions

Partner agrees not to:

  • Bid on “SJD Taxi” or close-variation branded keywords in paid search advertising.

  • Use SJD Taxi domain variations or misleading URLs.

  • Create ads implying official ownership of SJD Taxi operations.

  • Run direct PPC campaigns targeting SJD Taxi’s brand identity without authorization.

This prevents internal competition and protects advertising investments.

6. Client Communication Standards

Partner remains responsible for:

  • Clearly explaining inclusions and exclusions.

  • Informing clients of applicable taxes or government fees.

  • Providing accurate arrival information.

  • Not modifying SJD Taxi’s cancellation terms.

Misrepresentation leading to client disputes may result in commission reversal.

7. Reputation & Public Conduct

Partner agrees:

  • Not to publicly disparage SJD Taxi.

  • Not to post misleading negative commentary.

  • To resolve disputes directly and professionally.

Brand reputation is a shared responsibility.

8. Fraud & Chargeback Risk

Partner acknowledges:

  • Commission is paid only after service completion.

  • Excessive chargebacks may result in review.

  • Fraudulent booking activity may lead to termination.

  • SJD Taxi may withhold commission during investigation.

SJD Taxi reserves the right to audit booking behavior to ensure compliance.

9. Monitoring & Enforcement

SJD Taxi reserves the right to:

  • Monitor advertised pricing.

  • Audit marketing practices.

  • Review online listings and websites.

  • Request corrective action.

Failure to correct violations may result in:

  • Commission suspension

  • Downgrade of partner tier

  • Immediate termination

10. Policy Updates

SJD Taxi may update this Policy with written notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revisions.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the SJD Taxi Travel Agent or Affiliate Program, Partner agrees to comply with this Pricing & Brand Representation Policy.
