We aim to ensure that travelers worldwide have a great travel experience while visiting Los Cabos, and are happy to modify the agreed Terms of Service Policies accepted at the time of your booking.
Important Cancellations Note
The customer reserves the right to cancel their reservation at any time, subject to any applicable penalties or refunds, including partial or complete fees. This cancellation option is available through this application submission on our website, which is added to each receipt after booking and sent to the customer’s registered email address. If a ticket is cancelled at any time 72 hours before the service, a $5 USD processing fee will be charged. If, within 72 hours of service, no refund is applicable, SJDtaxi, LLC reserves the right to determine whether a credit for future use can be issued or if the customer forfeits all services and fees.
