Which airport do you serve — SJD or CSL?
We serve both Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) in San José del Cabo and Los Cabos Airport (MMSL/CSL) in Cabo San Lucas. Just let us know which terminal you’re arriving at when you book.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing — we handle it for you. Our dispatch team tracks every flight in real time. If your plane is late, we adjust your driver’s schedule accordingly. You will not be charged a waiting fee for flight delays.
Do I need to arrange a car seat for my child?
Yes, and we make it easy. Simply request a car seat or infant seat when booking. Each child who will be occupying a seat on the vehicle must be booked as a separate passenger. Safety is non-negotiable for us.
Can we stop at Costco or a grocery store?
Yes — for private transfers, grocery or warehouse store stops are fully welcome as long as they’re pre-arranged at booking. For shared shuttles, brief convenience stops under 15 minutes are possible with advance notice, though unscheduled stops at stores are not included on the shared route.
Can I book a round trip?
Absolutely. We recommend booking your return transfer at the same time you book your arrival. Especially for shared shuttles. BCS regulations prevent any last-minute departure shuttles within 72 hours. Round-trip discounts may apply. Your driver will be waiting outside your hotel at the agreed time, ready to get you to the airport stress-free.
Do you provides transfer for large groups?
Yes. Our Sprinter vans seat up to 14 passengers comfortably with luggage, and for very large groups we can arrange multiple vehicles. Just give us your group size when requesting a quote.
Where do I find my driver?
Head to the arrivals hall after clearing customs. Your licensed SJD Taxi driver will be standing outside the exit holding a sign with your name on it. If for any reason you can’t locate your driver, call the number in your confirmation email and we’ll connect you immediately.
