Traveling to Los Cabos, Mexico?  You’ll likely fly into San Jose del Cabo International Airport. This is commonly known as “Cabo Airport.” The Los Cabos International Airport code is SJD, locally in Los Cabos, another airport called the Cabo San Lucas Airport. That has the CSL airport code. Most charter, private, and cargo flights fly into CSL.

Where do I find Cabo airport shuttle services?

All Cabo airport shuttles are located outside Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Once you exit the airport, review your voucher and go to the corresponding umbrella number to meet your transportation representative.

 

Can I cancel my airport shuttle service or private transfer and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel any local shuttle or private transportation up to 72 hours before your airport shuttle service for a full refund. You can submit your cancellation request at this link or by calling +52-624-130-6994 M-F, 9 AM-4 PM MTN. According to the terms of service agreed to at the time of the reservation, there is a USD $5 processing fee subject to all cancellations.

 

Can I cancel my La Paz, Todos Santos, or Los Barriles shuttle service and get a refund?

According to the terms of service agreed to at the reservation, La Paz, Todos Santos, or Los Barriles tickets are not refundable, cannot be rescheduled, or transferred to another person – the sale is final.

 

Can we stop at a grocery store in a shuttle?

No. Shared shuttles have multiple passengers and different stops on their way to your destination. If you want to make a grocery stop, you must upgrade to a Private shuttle transfer.

 

What is the cheapest Cabo airport shuttle service?

Using a shared shuttle from Cabo Airport is economical. Typically, a 10-12 passenger shuttle seat will cost between $13 and $40 US dollars per person, each way. Your destination is the price factor.

 

Can I book a shuttle on the same day when I arrive?

Yes, however, you are strongly advised to book before arrival. Doing so ensures you have a place in an airport shuttle to your destination at a scheduled time.

 

Can I book a departure shared shuttle in Cabo?

No. Government regulations imposed in 2023 prohibit departure-only shuttles. This is an effort to create fairness for local taxi vans and ride-share transport services. If you want a shared shuttle for your departure, you must book a round-trip or a one-way departure shuttle 72 hours before your flight.

 

How long does an airport shuttle take?

Once you arrive at Cabo airport and check in with your representative, the average wait for a full van is 10-60 minutes.

 

Do shared airport shuttles go to private homes or villas?

No. Only private transportation can take you to a private home, villa, condo, or the property security gate drop-off. You can book a private transfer online.

What is the difference between a shared shuttle and a private shuttle?

A shared shuttle is the purchase of an individual seat one way.  The van can include up to 11 other passengers, which will make 2-4 stops. A private shuttle is a private car for you and those at your party. You have an SUV and go directly to your location without making stops for others, which is typical of a shared shuttle.

 

How many stops does an airport shuttle make?

This can vary depending on what passengers are included in your shared shuttle. Typically, there are 2-4 stops before your destination, and an average trip can take (not accounting for traffic) 45 minutes to 1-½ hours to get to your hotel or resort.

 

What is the last airport shuttle each day?

On most days, the shuttle service typically ends between 4:00 and 6:00 pm, although hours can vary depending on advance reservations and airline arrival schedules.

 

What happens if I miss my airport shuttle due to a delayed flight or missed connection?

You will need to contact the provider directly. Refer to your voucher and have your booking ID ready, then go to our reservation update page and submit this information. Is there a Cabo Airport shuttle with a grocery stop?

Yes, but only as a private shuttle, which is commonly referred to as private transportation or a private luxury taxi. You can stop at Walmart, Fresko, Costco, Soriana, California Market, and other grocery stores.

 

Can you get a shuttle for a large group?
