Finding Us at the Airport
At Terminal 1 (domestic), after customs, exit through the left doors. Go past the timeshare area and through the next set of sliding doors. Our office is on the right, before Subway.
At Terminal 2 (international), after customs and the timeshare area, exit the building. Cross to the covered waiting area and find our representative under Umbrella #5 holding a sign with your name.

Your Destination in La Paz
Shared shuttle passengers are dropped off at the Malecón Bus Station on Paseo Alvaro Obregon. Drop-offs at private communities are at the main security gate only.
Platinum Shuttle and private transfer customers receive direct, door-to-door service to any hotel, resort, or rental in La Paz, La Ventana, or El Sargento, including inside gated communities.

Booking and Cancellation Terms
Book online easily. For a full refund (less a $5 fee), cancel at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Missed flights or shuttles require a new ticket purchase, as we cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, despite monitoring flights for delays.
